"The most advanced field of human knowledge is in the area of mind power. Companies that deal with Mind Power and Internet Marketing are involved in the most advanced field of all. All throughout human history, the most advanced of human knowledge has been kept hidden from the masses, and passed along mostly by mouth to ear, and through secret books. Such knowledge was known as the occult. The occult means “concealed”. But what is concealed will be revealed. The Bible says in the Book of Daniel that in the end times “Knowledge shall run to and fro”. This is only possible through the invention of the computer and the internet. With the internet, there is no longer any more barrier to knowledge, and anyone can access information from anywhere in the world and share their ideas to the whole world. Humanity is now in the end times and at the final stage of human evolution. We are at omega point. We are at the brink of becoming gods.

In the past, the most advanced civilization was Atlantis. They were destroyed in a cataclysmic event called Noah’s Flood. Why is there so little information recorded about Atlantis technology? It is because their technology was developed to a point where they were able to store all their information in the etheric level of reality. It is one level up in the nonphysical planes of existence. Another name for it is hyperspace. Our current human civilization is also progressing towards the state that Atlantis once attained. Our data storage has evolved from the floppy disk, to the compact disc, to the thumb drive, and now it is all in the cloud. Information storage is not entirely nonphysical yet since the virtual world is still run on actual physical machines. One day our physical devices will be replaced by holograms and we only need to carry around holographic emitters. Then further on we can even do away with the physical holographic emitters entirely and work with information by bridging physical and nonphysical reality directly with our minds.”

God’s Deep Secrets

TODAY’S SCRIPTURE
“That is what the Scriptures mean when they say, ‘No eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no mind has imagined what God has prepared for those who love him.’ But it was to us that God revealed these things by his Spirit. For his Spirit searches out everything and shows us God’s deep secrets.”
(1 Corinthians 2:9–10, NLT)

TODAY’S WORD from Joel and Victoria
Who do you share your deepest secrets with? Most people only share their inner thoughts with those who are closest to them. People they trust. People they’ve gone through experiences with. Do you know who God share’s His secrets with? This passage goes on to say, “Who can know a man’s thoughts except his own spirit?” In other words, God’s Spirit knows His thoughts. As believers, His Spirit lives inside of us, revealing to us the heart and thoughts of God Himself.

God wants you to know what He thinks about you. He wants you to know about the plans He has for you. He wants to show you things you’ve never seen, heard about or even imagined. As a believer in Jesus, you are His child, but you are also His friend. He wants you as His closest companion. He wants to walk with you, talk with and share with you. What a wonderful, amazing thought — we can know God’s thoughts because we are one with Him. Open your heart and allow Him to share His deep secrets with you today.

A PRAYER FOR TODAY
Father in heaven, I am so humbled that You call me friend. I am honored to be connected with You and invite You to share Your heart with me. I surrender all that I am to You in Jesus’ name. Amen

Who Do You Agree With?

TODAY’S SCRIPTURE
“Again, truly I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything they ask for, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven.”
(Matthew 18:19, NIV)

TODAY’S WORD from Joel and Victoria

The Scripture talks about how when any two of us agree, it shall be done. That’s a promise that when we stand in faith with another believer, God will do what He said. Well, I believe that principle is true even in the negative. When the enemy puts a thought in your mind, if you agree, then your agreement is what gives it the power to come to pass. But if you don’t agree, you turn it around.

The thought says, “Your children are going to get into trouble.” “No, I don’t agree. My children will be mighty in the land. My children will fulfill their destiny.” You’ve just stopped that fear from coming to pass. The thought says, “You’d better not go out today. You’re going to have an accident.” “No, I don’t agree. God has a hedge of protection around me; a bloodline that the enemy cannot cross.”

Here’s the key: don’t come into agreement with the fear. If you don’t agree, the only way it can come to pass is if God gives it permission. And if God does, you can rest assured it’s not going to work against you. It’s going to work for you. Today, pay attention to what you’re coming into agreement with and don’t agree with fear. Agree with His Word and embrace the good things He has in store for you.

A PRAYER FOR TODAY
Father, today I come into agreement with You. I choose to align my words, my thoughts and my actions with Your Word which is a lamp to my feet and light to my path. I will hide Your Word in my heart that I might not sin against You in Jesus’ name. Amen

Benedict: God Mystically Told Me To Resign

Wednesday 21 August 2013

Former Pope Benedict has revealed he resigned after God told him to during what he described as a "mystical experience".
Benedict, whose formal title is now Pope Emeritus, announced his shock resignation on February 11.
Just over two weeks later, he became the first pontiff to step down in 600 years, opening the way for the current Pope Francis to be elected.
The Catholic news agency Zenith quoted Benedict as saying "God told me to do it" to a visitor to the convent in the Vatican gardens, where he is living out his retirement in near isolation.
Benedict told his visitor, who asked to remain anonymous, that God did not appear before him in a vision but spoke to him in what he called "a mystical experience".
Italian media had previously claimed that Benedict's decision to step down was influenced by the various scandals that blighted his eight-year papacy.
Among them was the arrest of his personal butler for leaking private documents alleging corruption in the Vatican.
His successor Francis, the former Cardinal Jorge Mario Bergoglio of Argentina, was elected as the first non-European pontiff in 1,300 years.

According to Rome-based Zenith, Benedict told his visitor that the more he observes the way Francis carries out his papal duties, the more he realised the choice was "wanted by God".
Last Sunday, Benedict spent a day at the papal summer retreat at Castel Gandolfo, south of Rome, to escape the heat of the capital.
The visit indicated that the 86-year-old's health was good enough for him to travel. There had been media reports that since his resignation, Benedict's health had deteriorated dramatically.

Overcome the “What If’s”

TODAY’S SCRIPTURE
“For God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love, and self-discipline.”
(2 Timothy 1:7, NLT)

TODAY’S WORD from Joel and Victoria

God’s desire is that we continually progress, that we reach higher heights and go to new levels in Him. Oftentimes, as soon as we make the decision to step out in faith and obey God, the enemy brings in fear to try to stop us. He’ll bring thoughts like, “What if you fail? What are other people going to think? You don’t have what it takes.” He’ll do his best to use fear to try to convince us to shrink back and stay where we are.

The Bible says that fear is a spirit. It plays on our emotions and holds us back. But the good news is that we have power over the spirit of fear! The Bible says that perfect love casts out all fear. When we receive God’s perfect love, we will have confidence about the future because we know His plans are for our good. I’ve heard it said that fear is an acronym for False Evidence Appearing Real. Understand that fear is a lie. Don’t buy the lie. Instead, choose to believe God’s Word and receive His love so that you can overcome fear and move forward into the blessings He has prepared for you!

A PRAYER FOR TODAY
Father, thank You for giving me power, love and a sound mind. I open my heart to You and receive Your perfect love. Fill me with Your confidence and assurance to embrace everything You have for me in Jesus’ name. Amen

Inspiration

Monday 19 August 2013

Time can be influenced backwards and forwards mentally. “To make your present as best as possible, you have to make your past and future as best as possible.” All things in the present are directed by the Future. Use the Past and Future Technique by thinking about the best possible future, and then think about your past and imagine certain things playing out differently in it. When you mentally align your past into the best possible version, things in the present will shift towards your best possible future. Jesus is Alpha and Omega. He is the Final Self and the Original Self. He can align your past, present and future into that which is best.

Whom Shall I Fear?

TODAY’S SCRIPTURE
“The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?”
(Psalm 27:1, NKJV)

TODAY’S WORD from Joel and Victoria

With God on your side, there is nothing to be afraid of. Our attitude should always be, “The Lord protects me from danger. Why should I be afraid? Though an army surrounds me, though they attack me from every side, I may feel trapped. I don’t see a way out. Medical report doesn’t look good. My bank statement tells me I’m not going to make it. But that’s okay, God is still on the throne. Nothing I’m facing is a surprise to Him.”

Remember, the enemy doesn’t have the final say; God has the final say. And when you put your faith and trust in Him, He says, “I will always cause you to triumph.” Be strong and be of good courage. Keep God first place in your life and move forward in confidence knowing that He is working things out for your good.
A PRAYER FOR TODAY
Father, today I choose to put my trust in You, my light and salvation. Thank You for Your perfect love which casts out all fear in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Apostolic Prayer Day 16.

''I have seen a limit to all perfection; thy commandment is exceedingly broad'' Psalm 119:96

Here David records the testing of his experience and observation of the vanity of the world and its insufficiency. ''I have seen an end to all perfection'' he exclaims. David in his time had seen Goliath the strongest killed; Ahitophel the wisest fooled; Absalom, the fairest deformed; in fact he saw the end of all perfection. He saw it both by faith and through observation. He saw the insufficiency of the sufficient and the weakness of the strongest. He saw, in respect to continuity, things come and go. Dearest, nothing lasts forever; there is nothing, no matter how beautiful, sophisticated, durable, efficient or effective in this world that lasts forever. They all come and go. But the word of God lasts forever, whatsoever he does is forever. If you look carefully around, you will note the observation of David even in our contemporary time. That brings me to a conclusion; do not trust in the ability of men or in anything in this world.

Lets us Pray.

1. I put my trust in you oh Lord!
2. Whatever is not perfect in my life, oh Lord perfect for me in Jesus Name.
3. Wherever there is a limit in my life, let it be broken now in Jesus Name.
4. May thy word, work wonders in my life today.
5. Lord I worship you for you are above all.

Reflect Him
TODAY’S SCRIPTURE
“Let this same attitude and purpose and [humble] mind be in you which was in Christ Jesus: [Let Him be your example in humility:].”
(Philippians 2:5, AMP)
TODAY’S WORD from Joel and Victoria

When you reflect something, you are exhibiting its likeness. You are displaying its characteristics. Like a mirror, the Bible tells us that we should reflect the character and likeness of Jesus. We should have His same attitude.

That may sound like a pretty tall order; after all, Jesus was the Son of God. But remember, when we accept Him as our Lord and Savior, we become sons and daughters of the Most High God, too. We become empowered by the same Spirit that raised Christ from the dead. That means we have the same spirit of humility, the same strength, the same love, the same power on the inside. We are empowered to follow His example and do what He did. When Jesus walked the earth, the scripture says He went around doing good and bringing healing to others physically, spiritually and emotionally. That’s what we should be doing, too.

Notice this verse starts by saying, “Let...” In other words, we have to invite God into our attitude and actions. Choose today to invite Him to work in you. Reflect Him in your attitude and actions, bring good to others, and reap an abundant harvest of blessing in every area of your life.
A PRAYER FOR TODAY
Father, I invite You to dwell in my thoughts, heart and attitude. I choose to follow Your example and bring good to others. Help me to be a pure reflection of Your love in everything I do in Jesus’ name. Amen.

What Should Be the Wife's "Role" in Marriage?

Wednesday 14 August 2013

Perhaps more than at any other time in history, women today need a clear understanding of how they should relate to their husbands. In fact, the significant social changes brought about by the women's movement over the last few decades have led to such confusion that the very idea of "roles" is repugnant to some. They feel as if somehow they lose their identity and their freedom if they adhere to some type of "outdated standard."
It's important for us to look clearly at what the Bible says on this subject. And while the Bible doesn't apply our modern word "role" to marriage, the Scriptures are clear about the unique responsibilities God assigns to a wife.
#1: Be a helper to your husband.  While all of us are called to be helpers to others, the Bible places a special emphasis on this responsibility for wives. Genesis tells us that God realized it wasn't good for man to be alone, and that He decided to make a "helper suitable for him" (Gen. 2:18). It is interesting to note that the Hebrew meaning of the word helper in this passage is found hereafter in the Bible to refer only to God as He helps us. The fact that this same word is applied to a wife signifies that we women have been given tremendous power for good in our husbands' lives. God has designed wives to help their husbands become all that God intends for them to be.

#2: Respect your husband. In Ephesians 5:33, Paul says, " … the wife must respect her husband." When you respect your husband you reverence him, notice him, regard him, honor him, prefer him, and esteem him. It means valuing his opinion, admiring his wisdom and character, appreciating his commitment to you, and considering his needs and values.
Our husbands have many needs. The macho man who is self-contained, independent, and invulnerable is a myth. One day Dennis gave me a list of what he considered to be some of the primary needs most men have:
  • Self-confidence in his personhood as a man.
  • To be listened to
  • Companionship
  • To be needed
To me, meeting these needs is what respecting your husband is all about.
#3: Love your husband. Titus 2:4 calls for wives "to love their husbands." A good description of the kind of love your husband needs is "unconditional acceptance." In other words, accept your husband just as he is—an imperfect person.
Love also means being committed to a mutually fulfilling sexual relationship. I realize there is a whole lot more to love than sex, but we are looking at how to fulfill God's command to love our husbands. Therefore, we must look at love from their perspective, not just our own.

#4: "Submit" to the leadership of your husband. Just mention the word "submission," and many women immediately become angry and even hostile. This controversial concept has been highly debated and misunderstood.
Some husbands and wives actually believe submission indicates that women are inferior to men in some way. I have known women who think that if they submit they will lose their identity and become "non-persons." Others fear (some with good reason) that submission leads to being used or abused.
Another misconception is that submission means blind obedience on the part of the woman. She can give no input to her husband, question nothing, and only stay obediently barefoot and pregnant in the kitchen.
What does God have in mind? Here are two passages from Scripture:
Wives, be subject to your husbands, as is fitting in the Lord. Husbands, love your wives and do not be embittered against them (Colossians 3:18-19).
Wives, be subject to your own husbands, as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, as Christ also is the head of the church, He Himself being the Savior of the body. But as the church is subject to Christ, so also the wives ought to be to their husbands in everything. Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself up for her, so that He might sanctify her, having cleansed her by the washing of water with the word, that He might present to Himself the church in all her glory, having no spot or wrinkle or any such thing; but that she would be holy and blameless. So husbands ought also to love their own wives as their own bodies. He who loves his own wife loves himself; for no one ever hated his own flesh, but nourishes and cherishes it, just as Christ also does the church, because we are members of His body (Ephesians 5:22-30).
These Scriptures make it clear that a wife should submit voluntarily to her husband's sensitive and loving leadership. Therefore, as I voluntarily submit to my husband, I am completing him. I am helping him fulfill his responsibilities, and I am helping him become the man, the husband, and the leader God intended him to be.

Health Benefits of Carrots

Wednesday 14 August 2013

 Benefits of Carrots
1.  Improved Vision
Western culture’s  understanding of carrots being “good for the eyes” is one of the few we got right. Carrots are rich in beta-carotene, which is converted into vitamin A in the liver. Vitamin A is transformed in the retina, to rhodopsin, a purple pigment necessary for night vision.
Beta-carotene has also been shown to protect against macular degeneration and senile cataracts. A study found that people who eat the most beta-carotene had 40 percent lower risk of macular degeneration than those who consumed little.
2.  Cancer Prevention
Studies have shown carrots reduce the risk of lung cancer, breast cancer and colon cancer. Researchers have just discovered falcarinol and falcarindiol which they feel cause the anticancer properties.
Falcarinol is a natural pesticide produced by the carrot that protects its roots from fungal diseases. Carrots are one of the only common sources of this compound. A study showed 1/3 lower cancer risk by carrot-eating mice.
3.  Anti-Aging
The high level of beta-carotene acts as an antioxidant to cell damage done to the body through regular metabolism.  It help slows down the aging of cells.
4.  Healthy Glowing Skin (from the inside)
Vitamin A and antioxidants protects the skin from sun damage. Deficiencies of vitamin A cause dryness to the skin, hair and nails. Vitamin A prevents premature wrinkling, acne, dry skin, pigmentation, blemishes, and uneven skin tone

The word for today. Wednesday, 14 August 2013.
'Promises, Promises!' (1)

'...when you have done the will of God, you will receive what He has promised.' Hebrews 10:36 NIV

Many of us may remember singing in church, 'Every promise in the Book is mine!' Exciting words - but are they entirely true? If you've prayed for the fulfilment of a Bible promise that didn't materialise, you may have wondered, felt disillusioned, or even stopped trusting. What's true is that every promise in the Book intended for you, is yours! God is committed to keeping every promise He has made (Matthew 24:35). So how can you know which Bible promises are yours? Here are some Scriptural guidelines to help you: (1)

Be sure you understand the promise. God is committed to His Word, not to your interpretation of it. When Jesus said, '...Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up' (John 2:19 NKJV), His audience completely misunderstood Him, thinking He meant the literal temple when He meant His body. (2)

Walk in the Spirit, not the flesh. Walking in the Spirit, Peter received divine understanding of Christ's deity. When Jesus asked, 'Who do you say I am?' Peter answered, 'You are the Messiah, the Son of the living God.' Jesus replied, '...this was not revealed to you by flesh and blood, but by My Father...' (Matthew 16:15-17 NIV) Soon afterwards, walking in the flesh, the same man totally misunderstood Jesus and was severely rebuked by Jesus (Matthew 16:21-23). Why? Because '...the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God... nor can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.' (1 Corinthians 2:14 NKJV) So submit your thoughts to God; pray for His guidance, and in due course, you'll get the insight you need.

Redeemed Church to build 3-kilometre long church auditorium

Tuesday 13 August 2013

The Redeemed Christian Church of God, RCCG, announced last week, through its General Overseer Pastor Adeboye that they will build a three kilometer long auditorium because the current one they have now, Redemption Camp, on the Lagos-Ibadan Express Way in Mowe, Ogun state which was built in 2000 with a capacity to sit one million people could no longer accommodate the millions of people who attend service there.

According to pastor Adeboye, the new auditorium will be built at the mission’s camp ground at km 46, Lagos-Ibadan expressway. Some Nigerians are already criticizing the plan saying the billions that will spent in building this auditorium, which will only cause more queues along this express way, could be used for other things, like hospital, school, farmland, anything that will provide employment - but then, bringing more souls to the Lord is a good thing! :-)

A 3km auditorium is pretty wide. Do you know how long it will take you to walk 3km? 35 minutes.

When Redeemed builds this auditorium, it will be one of the top ten churches in the world in area size.

How to Keep Your Christian Marriage Strong and Healthy

Monday 12 August 2013

Step 1 - Pray Together:

Set aside time each day to pray with your spouse.

My husband and I have found that first thing in the morning is the best time for us. We ask God to fill us with His Holy Spirit and give us strength for the day ahead. It brings us closer together as we care for each other every day. We think about what the day ahead holds for our partner. Our loving affection goes beyond the physical realm to the emotional and spiritual realm. This develops true intimacy with each other and with God.

Perhaps a better time for you as a couple might be just before you go to bed each night. It's impossible to fall asleep angry when you've just held hands together in God's presence.

Step 2 - Read Together:

Set aside time each day, or at least once a week, to read the Bible together.

This might also be described as a time of devotions. About five years ago my husband and I began setting aside time each weekday morning to read the Bible and pray together -- a couple's devotional time. We read to each other, either from the Bible or from a devotional book, and then we spend a few minutes in prayer together.

We've had to commit to rising from sleep about 30 minutes earlier in order to do this, but it's been a wonderful, intimate time of strengthening our marriage. It took 2 1/2 years, but what a sense of accomplishment we felt when we realized we had read through the entire Bible together!

Step 3 - Make Decisions Together:

Commit to making important decision together.

I'm not talking about deciding on what to eat for dinner. Major decisions, like financial ones, are best decided as a couple. One of the greatest areas of strain in a marriage is the sphere of finances. As a couple you should discuss your finances on a regular basis, even if one of you is better at handling the practical aspects, like paying the bills and balancing the check book. Keeping secrets about spending will drive a wedge between a couple faster than anything.

If you agree to come to mutual decisions on how the finances are handled, this will strengthen trust between you and your partner. Also, you won't be able to keep secrets from each other if you commit to making all important family decisions together. This is one of the best ways to develop trust as a couple.

Step 4 - Attend Church Together:

Get involved in a church together.

Find a place of worship where you and your spouse will not only attend together, but enjoy areas of mutual interest, such as serving in a ministry and making Christian friends together. The Bible says in Hebrews 10:24-25, that one of the best ways we can stir up love and encourage good deeds is by remaining faithful to the Body of Christ by meeting together regularly as believers.

Step 5 - Continue Dating:

Set aside special, regular times to continue developing your romance.

Once married, couples often neglect the area of romance, especially after the kids come along. Continuing a dating life may take some strategic planning on your part as a couple, but it is vital to maintaining a secure and intimate marriage. Keeping the romantic love alive will also be a bold testimony to the strength of your Christian marriage.

Please share your thoughts in the comment box below.

Stay Blessed Beloved...

Apostolic prayer day 12

"The proud have forged a lie against me but i will keep your precepts with my whole heart. The heart is as fat as grease, but I delight in your law." Psalm 119:69-70

Every tounge forging a lie, spreading bad news or rumors against you shall be silent this morning. Every evil news or report published against you in the spirit realm is condemned in the name of Jesus Christ. No matter how big they have blown the balloon of lies and forgery, in the name of Jesus Christ, it shall burn into pieces today. I have seen a lot of wickedness and lies, deceit and seduction, manipulation and witchcraft pervading our cities, destroying opur homes and against such satanic activities, I raise the voice of judgement. I bring down all lies and strong works that the enemy has raised up in the name of Jesus Christ, Let us pray now.

1) Anointing to destroy yokes and to destroy the works of the enemy shall fall on me in Jesus name.
2) Let the blood of Jesus block out all lies, evil reports, strange hand writings and hindering against me in Jesus name.
3) Let every evil tounge rising against me be put to shame in Jesus name.
4) Oh Lord, increase my hunger and thirst for you in Jesus name
5) May I continually delight in the Lord in Jesus name

Even in the Hard Times

TODAY’S SCRIPTURE
“Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me. Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.”
(Psalm 23:4, NIV)

TODAY’S WORD from Joel and Victoria
When Moses was born, the king ordered that all the male babies were to be killed. You can imagine how devastated this mother must have been. She could have easily given up, but instead, she chose to believe that God was still in control. She put Moses into a little basket and sent him down the Nile River. It just so happened that Pharaoh’s daughter was out taking a bath — at the right place and the right time. She heard the cries coming from the basket. She opened it up and saw baby Moses and fell in love with the boy. She was so excited and said, “I’m going to take him as my own.” She looked at her maids and said, “We need to find somebody that can nurse the baby.”

One of the maids said, “I know just who to get.” She went and found who? Moses’ mother. Moses’ mother was not only able to raise her son, but she got paid for doing it on top of that. Only God could orchestrate all of that.

Today, remember that even in loss, heartache or disappointment, God will order your steps. He’ll line up the right people and the right opportunities and lead you into victory all the days of your life.

A PRAYER FOR TODAY
Father, thank You for being with me even in the hard times. I praise You because You are faithful, and I know You are leading and guiding me into victory all the days of my life in Jesus’ name. Amen.

I DECLARE I am grateful for who God is in my life and for what He's done. I will not take for granted the people, the opportunities, and the favour He has blessed me with. I will look at what is right and not what is wrong. I will thank Him for what I have and not complain about what I don't have. I will see each day as a gift from God. My heart will overflow with praise and gratitude for all of His goodness. This is my declaration.

Your Days Are Ordained

TODAY’S SCRIPTURE
“...All the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be.”
(Psalm 139:16,)

God has already planned out every detail of your life right down to the very second. Think about our solar system, the way it rotates. Scientists tell us that every year it’s exactly on time down to the millisecond, day after day, year after year. Hundreds of years from now if the Lord tarries, it will still be precise. That’s because our God is not an approximate God. He is an exact God, a detailed God, a precise God. He has planned out your life not just to the years or the months or the days, but down to the very second. In your future, He has marked moments where time and eternity are going to come together, and you will be at the right place and get the break you need.

Scripture says that before you were born, God knew you. He knew every one of your days before they ever took shape. Trust Him and stay in peace because your days are ordained by the Lord.

A PRAYER FOR TODAY
Father, I praise You because I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Thank You for ordering my steps and ordaining my future. I trust You as You lead and guide me into victory in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Morning Devotion

Monday 5 August 2013
"...he leadeth me beside still waters".(Psalms 23 vs 2). That is the Focal Scripture of Streams of Joy Devotional Today.

In Today's Focal Scripture, the Psalmist declared that the Shepherd leads him beside still waters. He declared that the Lord leads him even when the waters are calm. He declared that the Shepherd leads the way even when there is no trouble in his waters. He declared that even in the absence of turbulent and destructive waves, the Lord still leads him.

Isn't it tragic that unlike the Psalmist, we often need God's leading when the waters of life are fierce, only to walk away when the waters have been calmed by God? Our voices are often loud in the place of prayer when we are in danger;we seem to get really serious in our relationship with God when we want something from Him,we easily appreciate God's leading when there is trouble, but often when the seas of life are calm, we walk away as if we don't need God anymore.

Friend, glean a lesson from the Psalmist: Allow God to lead the way even when your waters are still and calm. Allow God to preside over your affairs even when there is no danger. Live a life of obedience to God even when you don't have a request to make from Him.

Beloved, you might be walking beside the "still waters" of life now,but God still wants to do the leading. You might be at that point in your life when everything is seems to be working for you;God still wants to lead!

Did you abandon his leading because of the little success in your career or business? Has your prayer life and study life nose-dived because of the comfort you think you have now. Listen!! After the STILL WATERS is the VALLEY OF THE SHADOW OF DEATH. If you abandon him at the Still waters, you will need him at the Valley of the Shadow of death!

Let God lead the way in your destiny now...

Pray with me,"Lord, even when the waters of my destiny are calm, still lead me while I follow in Jesus name".

Have a Splendid Tuesday!
