ReplyDeleteTwo days ago, I was offered a few moringa seeds(nuts) to eat and to my amazement, my salivary glands almost went crazy. There was a sweetness at first and then a tolerable bitterness. After consuming them, my friend offered me a glass of lemon water and to my amazement, it tasted sweet; like lemonade.
ReplyDeleteEating the nuts also encouraged me to drink copius amounts of water which also tasted sweet. If you have a problem drinking plain water, try eating just 2 or 3 moringa nuts before and you will enjoy the experience of drinking plain water.
I love the moringa seeds, it helps my IBS. I'm a regular now and more energetic as well. Will continue to eat MORINGA SEEDS.
